Currently, I am Researcher in the Area of Intercultural Communication at the University of Mainz/Germersheim, and I am one the founding members of ReDICo. After studying Intercultural Studies, Romance Languages and Economics at the University of Jena, I worked for almost a decade in the field of integration practice (more concrete as coordinator of a large integration assistants project). Besides, I worked as an Intercultural Trainer. Since 2014, I am working as a Researcher and Lecturer at Universities. I mainly dedicate to questions of participation of migrants and other underrepresented groups and to questions of social cohesion and identity.
