Abstract:
This cross-sectional correlational study (N=161; students, professors, admin) examined links between managerial competencies, leadership styles, and perceived educational quality during digital transformation in a Mexican university. Using a validated 127-item instrument, analyses (K–S, t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson) found significant positive correlations between transformational leadership, competence-based management, and quality indicators across participant groups, suggesting human- and technology-focused leadership drives educational innovation.
