Abstract:
Telehealth can improve healthcare access for transgender and gender diverse (TGD) children and youth, whose experiences—synthesized across seven qualitative studies—center on feeling safe, feeling seen, ease of access, and technological affordances, leading to the proposed Trans-IT model to guide inclusive telehealth design, policy, and practice.
