Abstract:
This qualitative study examines how school leaders integrate preconfigured technologies into daily practice and how technological affordances subtly reshape their actions and relationships. Using expert interviews and shadowing, it identifies specific technology-related affordances, corresponding leader responses, and shifts in dynamics with staff and stakeholders. The paper discusses implications for school practice, leader professionalization, and future research.
