Abstract:
This second part of a Computers in the Schools special issue examines digital technology in secondary and tertiary mathematics education through four international papers (Czech Republic, Greece, Russian Federation, USA). Focusing on procedural technologies—with defined designer intent and algorithms—the collection explores how such tools enable different teaching approaches, and serves as a reminder to value these methods alongside emerging AI-enabled approaches in math education.
