Abstract:
Using a database of 138 publications (Jan–Jun 2020), this systematic review synthesizes six months of COVID-19 crisis leadership responses in higher education. Thematic analysis identified six recurring themes—academic development, edtech, student experience, pedagogy, policy, and wellbeing—and found consistent patterns across disciplines and jurisdictions despite limited cross-study dialogue.
