The conference will assess Europe’s startup and scaleup ecosystem one year after the EU Startup and Scaleup Strategy, examining barriers to scaling, financing, talent, regulation, and technological sovereignty. Through a keynote and five panels, it will compare Europe and the U.S., showcase European unicorns’ scaling experiences, evaluate merger guidelines and innovation defense, discuss startups’ role in strategic autonomy for key technologies, and consider industrial policy choices to boost Europe’s digital competitiveness.
