The 19th International Congress on the Organization of Educational Institutions (CIOIE 2027), organized by the University of the Balearic Islands, will take place in Palma, Mallorca, from April 28–30, 2027. Under the theme “Teacher Well-Being and Educational Organization,” the congress will explore how leadership, organizational culture, working conditions, teacher professional development, and institutional policies contribute to individual and collective teacher well-being and educational improvement. It will bring together researchers, educational leaders, inspectors, teachers, advisors, and students to promote dialogue between research and professional practice through plenary lectures, roundtables, posters, symposia, and presentations. Key topics include pedagogical leadership, school climate, relational trust, institutional evaluation, educational innovation, community participation, artificial intelligence in educational management, and the sustainability of teaching work.
