The Global Education Coalition annual meeting is a high-level UNESCO event that gathers Member States, partners and education stakeholders to advance the digital transformation of education in support of SDG 4. Under the theme “Turning vision into value: Transforming education together,” it examines how investments in digital technologies and AI, embedded in system-wide reforms, can generate social and economic benefits for learners, teachers and societies. Through plenaries, ministerial dialogues, interactive workshops and parallel sessions, the meeting focuses on teacher empowerment, skills development, digital learning ecosystems and innovative financing. It aims to align expertise and resources across the Coalition, share evidence on the impacts of digital transformation and AI, and strengthen collective action to prepare education systems for an increasingly digital, AI-enabled future.
