PhD candidate in Human Rights, Society and Multi-level governance at the University of Padua, Italy. In the past 14 years, I have been working as an international officer and head of welcome activities in two Italian universities, also managing projects for the inclusion of refugees. Now, as a PhD student, the focus of my research is the inclusion of refugees and students at risk in the higher education system. Member of the Board Inclusion and Diversity of the ARQUS European Alliance. Member of the Board for Association Popoli Insieme, supporting refugees since 1990. I do believe in the centrality of education to create a better society, inclusive, welcoming, respectful.
