Studied Cultural Studies, Business Psychology and Intercultural Human Resources Development and Communication Management and is doing his doctorate as a research assistant at the Department of Intercultural Business Communication at the University of Jena. He teaches and researches the intercultural competence of teams in complex and virtual situations and the influence of experience-based learning on (digital) team development. He is a trained intercultural trainer for HR- and team development.
