Project & Product Lead (m/f/d) – AI for Lifelong Learning

You will take operational ownership of a partner-developed prototype for vocational rehabilitation that consolidates competence data, visualizes development trajectories, and supports youth and professionals during transitions to internships, training, and work. As the organisation grows, you’ll expand oversight to projects across early years, school, family, careers guidance, and further education, carrying insights and best practices between undertakings. Core responsibilities are leading projects (planning, coordination, risk and success criteria), translating pedagogical needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria, and steering development while safeguarding quality—ensuring precise task descriptions, documented decisions, and that qualitative feedback becomes actionable product improvements.
