Design, develop, deploy, and maintain a multilingual, feminist-centred digital learning platform (WordPress + open-source forum) serving as a knowledge repository, community of practice, and external website. Deliverables include co-designed UI/UX, custom repository (2,000+ resources), integrated Discourse (SSO), multilingual search, privacy-respecting analytics, CDN, accessibility and feminist safety features, performance for up to 2,500 active users (scalable to 5,000+ learners), content migration, pilot, launch, and four years of technical support. Six-month development contract with possible four-year maintenance extension; vendor must demonstrate large-scale e-learning, UX/accessibility, and open-source expertise.
