Abstract:
This study investigates the vital significance of critical thinking in leading students through cross-cultural conflicts, challenging preconceptions, and increasing the awareness of diverse cultural perspectives within educational settings, all while adhering to national and international standards for developing future leaders. This study explores the impact of internationalization on educational practices, focusing on teachers’ contributions to developing global skills in students, particularly in culturally varied settings such as Morocco. Using a structured questionnaire, the study examines teachers’ understandings of multicultural education and the integration of internationalization programs in Moroccan schools. It examines how educational techniques use technological breakthroughs and internationalization initiatives to foster local identities, encourage active citizenship, and instill tolerance of cultural variety in pupils. Furthermore, the study investigates how teachers might use intercultural education to promote cultural understanding. The findings highlight teachers’ perspectives on the significance of multicultural education and the benefit of adopting internationalization to foster an environment that values variety. Moreover, the statistics show that teachers agree on the value of critical thinking in improving students’ global communication abilities and developing a tolerant understanding for cultural diversity. This underlines the importance of using a balanced strategy that encourages cultural acceptance while conserving local identities.
