I’m a qualitative researcher working at the intersection of learning sciences, education, and sociotechnical systems. I study how tools, discourse, and participation structures shape what people can do, who gets to participate, and what counts as learning—especially in K–12 and teacher education contexts. I have experience in academic, non-profit, and industry settings across research, teaching, and project/program management. I particularly enjoy design-based research, and I am driven by a desire to understand and improve experiences and interactions for and among people. I have lived, worked, and studied in 5 countries, and I thrive in multicultural, collaborative, and supportive environments. I’m currently exploring tenure-track roles, research roles, and UX research roles where I can contribute to evidence-driven design and responsible innovation—building products, programs, or learning environments that are effective, ethical, and worth scaling.
